Managing out-of-network reimbursements can be time-consuming and overwhelming—especially given all the other demands on our time and attention in the modern world.
Even when clients are timely about submitting Superbills for reimbursement, insurance companies can lose requests in the shuffle and inadvertently fail to send reimbursements for sessions they are contracted to subsidize.
To that end, I’ve created a document to help clients track their communications with their insurance providers and ensure that all of their reimbursements requests have been processed. You can find the template below in several formats. Please feel free to share them with anyone who might find them useful.
